Technical intermitant ecu fault

hi guys me again new prob
ecu light comes on car dies and wont restart leave it 10 mins and it will start and drive for about 5 miles then dies again

Best bet is take to dealer to extract codes from ECU,only other thing I can think of is crank sensor.

i'm gunna say crank sensor, those are common symtoms for the crank sensor being damaged.

i have one here for a 20v, you need an allen key and it takes about 5 minutes to change

i bought a new one at a cost of £60! can have this one for a few quid if wanted.

the JTD crank sensor is also responsible for these problems. get a diagnostic done if possible, any decent independent garage with diagnostics should be able to manage it..

10 out of 10 guys car had its codes read crank sensor at fault now replaced and all ok
