Styling Interior light change?

I'm in the process of changing my interior lights in my 3dr Stilo. I've just done the front three interior ones, but now I'm stuck with the ones over the back seats. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove the unit so that I can change the bulbs? Thanks

Force, use of a screwdriver and more force and pulling down thats how I got it off I my 5dr. I didint brake anything but dont over do it.

Well I was assuming just to force it off with a flathead, but I'm always too concerned about breaking things

No doubt there will be a side to pull first. I broke the lugs on my Peugeot one just diving in and ended up having to go to the scrap yard for another.

Yeah that's the problem, I don't just wanna go yanking **** around. I tried pulling it forward and then down, it had a bit of give as I pulled it forward, but it never came off. Nevermind
