well as from 12pm today i got the fiat insured 
just need to tax it now but thanks to the bank hol i gota wait till tues/wed at earliest before i can tax it online (rather than wait for the doc's end of week) so i lose 4 days worth of tax when i tax it ah well only taxing it for 6 months which will take me till end of oct off then rd for winter.
I ended up going with Admiral multicar as they were cheaper than everyone i tried,even tried seperate policies for both cars i.e normal company for the focus and a modded company for the fiat and the fiat alone was coming back at 650 :0 So for me only on the fiat with 5ncb was £517pa and me and the gf on the 1.8 focus as shared use (bearing in mind shell has 0ncb and a provisional) was £397pa to which was an online discount one off price.To pay monthly with interest its worked out at £111 pm which i included a work/sick protection which was an extra £3pm.
Quite happy with that tbh cos with me alone on both cars was only £22pm less,and if i added shell when she passes she wouldnt get a full years claim free bonus etc
