Installing Air-Con

I am moving to a hot country in Europe and want to take my Fiat Panda with me as. Registration Tax for that country (you have to have owned a car for 2 years to be expemt) permits me from buying a new car to take there and so I wondered how much it would cost and whether it was worth installing Air-Con in the car as in the summer there it is going to be hot.
Any advice, price estimations etc would be great.

It will cost lots certainly more than you will save in tax costs.

buy a car with A/C before you go if needs be
not really viable financially to retro fit

Is there anything preventing you buying a car once you're there?
