installation certificate

don't seem to have a certificate for my meta alarm system, and it's needed for my insurance is it possible to get a new certificate somehow? does it need a qualified person to confirm it has a properly installed and working system?:bang:

only way is to go to the original installer
any other installer would really need to reinstall the whole system to put their name to it

think i'll just have to phone them up and tell them i don't have the certificate, and they can come inspect it. there must be someway of checking it?
