Technical Inlet intake manifold 1979 2000 Spider

Dear all

I have 1979 2000 Spider and I’ve removed all the smog gear as it is now in UK. My questions are:

1. Which better inlet (single plane?) manifold can I use as I have a small exhaust port at the front end of the cylinder head and corresponding hole in the manifold for the EGR system, which I have removed.

2. Can I modify the existing dual plane manifold to perform better?
