What throttle body/bodies are you planning on using?
Doubt there will be any plans knocking around as I'd have thought they'd be made to order.

I have all the materials and have started marking out/cutting/drilling holes to fit a set of jenvey's

I did help Fingers99 make a plenum style inlet for a turbo, I did the machining and a bit of welding using the original p75 manifold chopped up.

At the moment I'm using a 40mm Weber throttle body but I wonder if a set of 1200 motorbike bodies might be worth the extra effort of making a manifold.

Atm, the spec is;
188A4.000 Block 35k
169A4.000 Crank 18k
188A5.000 Rods 25k
176A8.000 Head 60k
176A8.000 Pistons New

Worth it for a bit of fun and something to do if that's what your into. If you have the tools and ability to make a manifold (could always be steel instead of ally) then why not.

With the length of the jenvey bodies and the airbox I'll be using, The heater unit is long gone.

Think kritip made a few manifolds for throttle bodies, or someone did for the 16v engines.

Hi, yes I've fabricated my own inlet manifold to fit bike carbs on my Cinq.
1200 bike carbs will be far to big, look for 34mm carbs from a 400.

Ah wow! Thanks for the pics, guys!
So I spoke with a company called 'Bogg Brothers Fabrication'.
They've also told me to buy K5/6 GSXR750 bodies, rail & loom and they'll fabricate a manifold based on the gasket.
The Jixer bodies will enable them to keep the manifold short so I don't have to loose the heater shroud.

Will probably go Emerald for the ECU and pop in an aftermarket fuel pump to the spec of the bike injectors.

If you do want one made pm me I do keep meaning to make some up a bit shorter to keep the heater box then get some Dyno testing done
