Injector Warning Light

Only recently been viewing the forum but noticed that there was a few of you who seemed to be havin the same problem as me with the injector light coming on now and again.Well i coundn't go anywhere without it comin on.Car seemed to run ok though. But on Monday my Bravo 1.4 sx jus wouldn't start.got it running again yesterday but not very far as it started pouring out wight egg smelling smoke also sounding like a tank and kangarooing down the road.jus thought id say to those who had a problem with there light that it aint really best to ignore it assuming it's what caused it.The cars now parked halfway down the road as it couldn't make it back up the hill for my to take to the garage tomoz.

hi there we have the same problem with our barvo 1.4 sx we have several mates with garages all of whome have put it on thier computers and still cant find out the problem were meant t b going wales on fri cant even drive down raod at moment. let us know if u get any further would b grateful.

I'm sorry to hear about that. My fuel injector light is regularly coming on too (for about 2-3 minutes, usually shortly after setting off down the motorway).

I thought this was some silly fault that could be dealt with later (the manual even says brief flashes of the light are normal).

In the view of your experience, I'll go and get it checked ASAP! Thanks for the warning.
