General injector warning light

Hi

I have a w reg 1.9 jtd with a bit of a problem. A couple of times the injector light has come on have stopped car left for a couplke of minuites and gone out tonight i have gone out it has come on and not gone out no other problems at the moment touch wood other than this light was wondering if someone could help.

Get a code reader on it.
I had an injector light on a jtd engine bugging me for ages.
Turned out to be a relay on the secondary cooling fan.
What I'm saying here is that the light may be nothing related to your injectors...at least in my experience anyway!!

Hi, I was looking at the cables, they do a specific fiat/alfa one, is that the one you would need? It's alot more money than the VAG version.

My multipla had the regular odb type connector. Look under your steering wheel and to the right for a hatch
I know the fiat lancia plug you are on about as it's what I use in combination with a vag cable on a 01 ducato I have
Around 2002 onwards are usually the newer type

You can buy the lancia cable fir about a fiver in eBay from china...
