Induction Kit Placement

So when i get my abarth bumper or if i decide to smooth i want to place my induction kit in one of the front grills at he bottom of the bumper... to increase cold airflow... anyway was thinking what happens if it rains wont th induction suck in the rain and go into the engine?

are you talking of placing the actual filter at the bottom of the bumper or a cold air feed?

does anybody know if it will let water in if i put the cone filter at bottom of bumper?
