Indicators permanently on...

HI guys, my missus' right side indicators for some reason have decided to stay on even when in the 'rest' position. Any ideas what this could be. BTW it is not a Bravo so apologies, it is a Pug 206.

Stuck relay, or the stalk isnt functioning right.
