I have a punto 55s and I know I have to link the alarm indicator wire to the light blue cable in the steering column. And the blue/black cable runs along side it. But there are 3 light blue cables! all the same guage. Then when i get to the fuse box theres about 5!

Which one do i splice into? Dont want to cut the sleeving off the wrong wire

I can show pictures if needed.

(PS: Dont know if splice is a word, but it sounds good :) )

i got a toad pro cl alarm in the wk for my cinq seen all the wire and im gunna get a auto leccy to do it

yeah i seen the wire and had a lil rethink

get some one else to do it :)

Im new to car electronics, but got to start somewhere lol. Got the indicators to work, took me a while with the multimeter but i got there in the end :D works perfect as well. But as my alarm only has one indicator wire (told you need two unless you find the hazard light thing) so i had to slap a relay in there. And that worked out fine.

Got the siren mounted etc, all powered all thats left is to install the ignition wire so the alarm know's its on, just which one is that :S lol

hey!

My cinq got broken into recently and was wondering if anyone knew what the grey and yellow/black wires are connected to in the steering wheel column nearest the key....
my wipers and horn have gone - so i'm making the connection there but was wondering how they disabled the alarm if they cut the wrong wires!?
the fuse box cover was pulled off aswell...could they stop it with anything there?

How can i test if my alarm is still working?

Ta
