Ok so got my stilo and it has its issues, it's a fiat after all, one that is really getting on my nerves, the indacator stalk, it won't stay down for left turn, is this a common issue and has anyone else had it???? Are they easy to change out???

Yes...it's a common issue that's been posted about many times.
The rubber gaiter around the stalk can stop the stalk locking in the left turn position. Make sure the gaiter is fully seated in the column shroud. If that doesn't cure it, you may need to cut some of the lower shroud away, or some of the rubber gaiter.
