Hi I'm a new member.
I have a 1981 Spider 2000 with 110,000 miles which I have owned and maintained for the past 25 years. The lighting has always been poor even with the halogen replacements. Has any one been able to improve the head lights on their cars?
The wipers have always been slow on my car, is there any kind of upgrade to improve the speed?
I've decided to replace all the interior carpeting. Can any one put me on to a supplier of good replacement carpeting?

Hi Syd,
I own a 1982 Spider 2000. I have been upgrading it in a number of ways including the headlights. The best way to improve them is to add relays to the headlights. International Auto Parts makes a great easy to install kit to add relays so that your wiring can handle an upgrade to halogen lamps. I think they may even offer a video on YouTube to show the install process. The kit is about $50.00. The you can purchase 7" halogen headlights from them, Amazon.com or Allison Automotive. These lights will run you about $50.00 to $90.00 each depending on what you like best.
Have fun...

Also, Auto Ricambi sells good headlight relay kits and they are very helpful!

Hello, Just bought a 54 plate Eleganza which I'm really pleased with

. It's in really good nick and I'd like to keep it that way by fitting good seat covers and Carpets.
Can anyone recommend any particular brand? I've looked through the forum and have seen tailored seat covers from JC. Is there anyone else you'd recommend?
