Technical immobiliser wont let me start the car

Hi my (w) 2000 Ulysse Petol 2.0 with LPG conversion The battery went totaly flat when i rechaged it, it turns over but it wont start tried using jump leads but the same. Been told its the immobiliser any help please my local fait dealer in the next town told me to drive it in and they would check it for me (thats a big help) another garage said £137+ vat to test but they would then most likly take it to fiat the third asked if i had a manual so as you can see getting no where fast

If someone knows how to reset the immobiliser or has a manual please help

get the key code card from fiat then follow the emergency startup procedure that should be in your handbook. This will bypass the immo.
