Immobiliser problem

Hi Guys,
is there anyone that can help me? My Scudo 2.0 JTD has decided not to start. The AA man has diagnosed the immobiliser. I had a feeling it might be that as its been so reliable,for it to need more than one turn I new something was wrong,plus the fact the orange glow light doesn't show.Any ideas where to look?

Helo you are more likley to recieve a response if you post in the scudo section of the forum (towards the bottom under commercial vehicles).

I have an expert with an alarm/immobiliser fitted but it has been turned off at the siren with a key, maybe you should try that if it has one.
