Its an Aston martin Vantage converted to a "Shooting Brake" by the Aston Works...not an official model as such but built by the factory using an existing car coach built.

Ferrari do it too if you have the cash.

A few years ago after seeing one of the Aston Martin Shooting Brakes, I started drawing what I thought a X1/9 based shooting brake would look like. Ill try to dig out the picture, if I still have it, I was quite proud of it at the time, and I was considering doing it too.

Here is a pic of the back end of the xk 150 estate

Sorry I have to revise the last post. after a quick trawl of the wibbly wobbly web I have just found some more pointless and ugly that the Lambo. First off requires no intro

Second submission: You wouldn't want to leave this in the street with the roof down. You would come back to find it full of bulders rubble, an old pram and a couple of mattresses. It is the Allegro Skip, sorry Alfresco by Crayford.

This next one I strangely like

The countach may be photoshopped but then there were cars by Fiat and hillman that functioned as estates. Fiat's 500 had the engine tuned on it's side to add space.

Aston martin's Lagonda was done up too. Only one made. Suits it too.

and I've seen a mid nineties xj handsomly converted in France too.

It seems estates can look good when you have a go properly.
