Technical idler pulley on 1.9jtd

hi, been having problems with idler pulley - pulley below aircon pump, becomes noisy and bush in the centre of pulley becomes loose.Have replaced for a new one already!:bang:

Does anyone know if a stronger replacement pulley is available and what could be causing it?

Thought it might be an alignment issue or wrong belt tension, any thoughts anyone, thanks.

Not heard of stonger idler pulley myself unless someone else has

My 19.jtd has an automatic sping loaded type tensioner and think that is case for 1.9 jtd with air con as same as mine, although you be getting squeaky belt slip noise if it was a weak auto belt tensioner
Could check crank pulley and it is not rubber in that is not makking it loose n wobble a little also check all remaining pulleys on air con alternator and tensioner
could also check correct size belt fitted although in theory the should correct that but worth seeing if the belt you have still has the belt length details on it but may have worn of and not readable..
