ID this throttle body?

The pic is of a really nice custom induction setup for a panda. I'm looking to do something like this. The text emboss on the TB seems to say "NIHI3X" but I can't find it on the Internet. Kudos to anyone who can tell me what part number of make and and model this TB comes from.

It's the other way round, the name of the producer is Keihin. It's a Japanese company producing carburetors.
