I you with Ecar...

for your insurance, what type of insurance do you have with them? People might say the cheap for insurance... but the catch is there customer service is poor...20 minutes waiting on hold.

Whats your experience with them, when you have made a claim and question asked, requested documents, etc?

Ecar insurance offers breakdown assistance but which company provides the service?

im with ecar, although ive only ever needed to do things online - never had a claim. Ive made some mid-term adjustments online which went through smoothly, new documents received quickly etc.

Was with them last year. Had to ring up to get my proof of no claims sent to me. Only a while on hold, although the line was very poor. Documents came next day though. Not bad, never had to claim off them though.

Im with ecar had no real problems with them either, no claims made

With AA how much you paying per year? I should have gone with them!

i was with them last year its mostly online only hence cheap insurance less staff to pay

A lot, i went for the top package

You will have to visit site or ring up, they always have deals on go and prices change

im with more than and although there cheap, its a case of pay peanuts get monkey's .

good thing is they are the official ff insurer so give massive discounts if they can, the lower risk you are the better the discount. one guy saved £150 on a panda, and pandas are cheap anyway.
