I-pod

Hi Guys,

Came across this advert in the TeleAtlas brochure I received recently. I Know absolutely nothing about the subject but seem to recall some queries concerning I-Pod connection. Hope it's of some help.

yeah alot of makes now do this, alpine, pioneer etc, most are just an aux in though, but alpine lets you control the ipod through the HU etc, clever stuff

You can get this from t'internet at blue spot I got my head unit from them, very very fast service and amazing after sales support.

You could also get an iTrip FM Transmitter to allow you to play your tunes through anything capable of receiving FM radio signals. These are illegal though but who would tell?

I tried one of those FM transmitters, found that they didn't work too well - too many local stations around and had to keep retuning it every 20 miles or so. Also sound quality wasn't great - I could hear the fm hiss quite clearly, oh and the batteries don't last very long at all
