in romania there arte catalogs with the cars and the rims aproved by the manufacturer, so you must have it to, just go to the local " TUV " and ask for it ...... uno is allowed to "wear" 14" rims with no problem.
PS. premrajeev <--- you are lucky to live in india , at least for all the things you can make to a car and no need to pay anything to homologate or get legal approuval to use them. we gotta get aprouval for any changes, rims/engine/ exaust, etc etc ....... enjoy ur freedom as much as you can, i am sure the laws are going to be changed there too .....just let the indian parlament/ diplamates to find out this new way of getting money for the states and they will change the aws in a minute
