Car has just decided to go off roading, Left hand corner doing 50 when drivers side tyre decided to blow out, Straight through crappy bared wire fence up enbankment and nose first into approx 2ft of pure mud. Police turned up so as i climbed outta car window to greet them fell face first into the mud. Lost my trainer and all the bastard could ask was "don't know anyone with a tractor do you?"

RAC finally dragged car out with a winch, its completely caked in mud. Apart from stinking being scratch to hell from fence no electrics working its all great!!!!!

I don't envy you the job of explaining that to your insurance!

I piled my old mini through a fence many years ago.. I was the 3rd person to go through that fence in 6 months but I was the only one to stuff their car hard enough not to be able to escape before the farmer showed up. ARSE!

Sy, as long as the chassis and engine havent been touched then your problems arent too big. Spray painting and panel beating shouldnt take too long.

Yeah i am fully comp, the garage attempted to clean it to day, went and had a look half hour ago, scratched to **** bonnet, wing and drivers door, need yet another new wing mirror and the engine bay looks well muddy! steam cleaning was about to begin as i drove off crying in my courtasy corsa, Not ot much damage should be ok as long as engine is fine, find out tomorrow

thank god there was nothing coming the other way and it wasn't a brick wall or something. whenever i do anything like that there a hysterical mother coming the other way in a brand new mondeo!

Hope you get it sorted, just sounds like body work to me so at least you'll be able to use it!

Look at it this way, noone will dare pull out infront of you when they see the state of the car! lol

I and my work mates went and fixed the fence this morning then got roped into helping find lost sheep along the road.

Farmer showed me the paper........

I'm 21, Have no part in Street Racing, was doing 50 not 90 and its a RED bravO, Wasn't interviewed or treated for shock and it took 2 hrs to remove!
+ i get the car back on friday, having new headlight, some spray work and a good clean and valet!
