hello there one and all. i keep getting the message "humidity dies filter" flash up when i start the car. can any one shed any light on this please.

ALSO i'm desperately trying to find the 2 little "o" rings that go on the clutch master to slave cylinder pipe. does anyone know of a supply as im not paying fiat £86 for a new pipe.

with as always the greatest of thanks in advance. Paul:devil::devil::yum::devil::devil:

Humidity filter is probably the air con dryer...I recently changed mine as had a new condenser fitted...I don't know how it would tell it needs changing as there are no electrical parts to it...
There are 2 types so be careful if changing as I found out! Have a spare one if you need one...
As for the clutch I bought a box of mixed sized o rings from toolstation for about £8 and matched as near as I could the size, and its been fine...now I have about 100 spares of various sizes! If you find the size you need, I could help there too..

Its humidity in Diesel filter.... there is a little water drain on the bottom of filter housing..untwist and let the water out should clear that error.
Marty.

:yeahthat:Like marty says. Be aware though the the sensor itself is susceptible to a short due to moisture (flagging a false positive), so don't be surprised if no water comes out when you drain the filter housing.....

On a Round Nose or a Square Nose Multipla?

I doubt my husband will get his shovel hands down the side of his fuel filter housing!

I used to get this message in Bella, my old Uglybug. Just turn the ignition switch on and off and it goes away....... I always felt it was a glitch. I had it for three ears with no problem. :)

Humidity dies filter

. . . keep getting the message "humidity dies filter" flash up . . .
I used to get that regularly, not had it for a while though.
I replaced the Diesel filter about a year ago, still got the message occasionally.

Be aware, that a slightly low voltage (old battery, dirty terminals, low acid etc) can throw up all kinds of spurious warnings on the Multipla.

For the record as well, don't believe what the oil level reads on the display at the start-up checks, always check with the dipstick to be sure.
I used to get regular 'Low engine oil' level warnings, even after I'd checked and topped it up.

cheers or that. brought a few "o" rings as close to originals as i could find but they were all too thick and wouldn't let the pipe slide back in. will try tool stations ones cheers.
