Finally I am getting to change the gearbox in my 84 Uno 1300.
I have the later bottom mounted shift gearbox to go in with a new clutch.
That is the main reason for changing, my clutch shudders sometimes when I take take off from 1st.
I just happen to have the later gearbox sitting there.
The drive shafts are a different size but it looks like where they go into the hub is the same.
Can anyone confirm that this is true.
I wonder what other mods I will need to make or if it will be plug and play, including changing over the gearshift linkages.
