for me the cinq has developed a squeaky clutch pedal, the indicaters are moody with the alarm, leccy windows are a bit slow.

engines a bit rough but it was like that before the cold.

899cc is fine....1242cc isnt enjoying me breaking bits of it as she's looking rather naked atm, and is probably a bit cold!

people on PSC say there cars feel much better now cos of the cold air getting into the engine, are they just making the massive difference up? lol

and my car is errr i duno, i cant tell no difference other than it seems noiser?, and its sitting there, err being revved sometimes! lol, and errr needing an MOT soon :(

Mine is outside in the cold all frosty

Never the less first time starting and warming up quick :)

It survived boltons winter last year, hopefully will make it a second time :D

It is bloody cold here. We are high up and unsheltered. I don't think my car has defrosted since thursday! lol. i've been out in the Focus (late mornings + quickclear buttons!). I'm taking it to work today though so i'll see how it fares.

battery keeps going flat, had it tested and an expensive battery tested said its fine.. so i dunno about that

driving over patches of ice, makes it feel like its torque steering (which it does a tiny bit anyway), alternator belt squeaks a bit at start up, misfiring as got worse as the engine is colder. won't heat above 70 when i have the heaters on even a tiny bit (think thermo is jammed), boot lock was frozen up past few days.

other than that, still down on power, loosing coolant and the expansion tank bubbles a bit now too (y)

the cold weather seems to have bought luck for me, as you may know i had a severe boost leak from somewhere but have had no time to fix it, yesterday i replaced the top boost hose just because the old one looked tatty and it fixed the problem :slayer: :worship:

i definately agree with custard and wolfrace....turbo cars are rapid in this weather

Beau, I assume your car is taxed so you can park it on the road but obviously not insured, are you aware of the new law that is now being enforced about all taxed (i.e. not sorn) cars needing insurance?
