Hi all

Anyone know what the wires are in a 4 pin/wire map sensor on a 1.9 bravo sport diesel or how to test it.

Need to test the wiring to eliminate that as the cause,of it going in to limp mode

any help would be great cheers

Do you have any fault codes?

Not sure of the order, but one should be a temp sensor, one an earth, one a constant 5v and the other a signal wire.

Though I could be wrong.

Hi mate,

Pin 1 is Ground
Pin 2 is Temp
Pin 3 is +5v
Pin 4 is Output signal

As above you need to connect the car up to diagnostics, see if there are any fault codes (should be if your going into limp mode), if so which ones.

Also you will be able to look at the live date for the TMAP sensor.

Thanks guys

fault code is p0237 turbo/supercharger boost sensor A,circuit low. I've tried changing the sensor but no change, so want to check the wiring to make sure its getting the correct signals,Also checked for leaks in the pipes egr cleaned etc Turbo has been reconditioned 500miles ago so should'nt be that.
