fry or grill the said 'nana before chopping/mashing onto hot buttered toast. sprinkle with brown sugar, then cap with another peice of hot buttered toast.

my granma used to make them for me when i was little, she got yellow banana's peeled its skin off, sliced them at a diagonal way placed in white breap sprinkle of sugar and then top slice (bread was buttered btw)

they used to be quality not had one for years although she still does the best chips known on earth, she still uses a saucepan and crisp n dry and does it old skool cant beat grans cooking especially murang or victoria sponges she makes

fills it with olive oil throws chnkey chips in till cooked.
then places them on layers of kitchin roll

Thought only kids ate these?! You need some meat...salami, parma ham, olives, a nice cheese, sometimes pickled gherkin for a bit of crunch etc,..so much nicer than banana!!! :yum::yum::yum::yum::yum::yum::yum:
