Assuming it does not have RCA imput, The green, brown , white and grey wires should have two sets, Imput (i.e From your Head unit) and output (To your speakers).

Is it a Two or four channel unit ? There dont seem to be enough wires for a Four channel  In ye olden days some units used a shared earth for more than one speaker which could explaine why.

Realistic is the home brand for radio shack. cheap and cheerful. Ask them for a replacement wireing diagram.

yes, its got rca input, unfortantly it dont say on it any where what channels its got :(

could do with clearer shots of the wires.
should have 4 channel output, rf = right front, rr = right rear, lf = left front, lr = left rear. should also say on the which is the + and which is the -.
you should have a + and a - for each speaker.
you need a main power and earth, and also will prob. have speaker input wires. r = right, l = left. will only be 2 channel input, 4 channel output. both inputs will need a + and a -. these will connect to you speaker outputs from the stereo.
