Hi guys, was just wondering if fitting a strut bar to a GP would involve taking the black plastic piece off (where the wipers fit onto). This is because there are no original holes to put one through.

Yea i was askin the same question a few days ago mate. The ones ive found either wouldnt fit or wouldnt actually have any benefit.

I also emailed forge to see if its something they would look into and they said they already have and the only brace that actually made any difference were the underbody braces.

Yeah ive seen some people on here that have either WELDED the bar into the back of the HEADLIGHT!!!!???? or have attached it to the inside of the wings which would do more harm than good to be honest!

Yeah tempted to get the forge under body ones so that i can keep them for future GP's (abarth or MJet) :)

The headlight!? Thats gonna do alot of good haha.

Yea im gettin the forge ones as soon as ive got my sportlines fitted, have heard no bad reviews about them and combined with the new springs the handling and wobbly body shud be ten times better.

Yeah same! Would rather have a goog handling car than a loud/slow 1.2

Wouldnt make a blond bit of difference on a f
Front wheel drive car, best thing for handling rear anti roll bar

Err, punto has a twist beam rear axle so no separate anti-roll bar fitment possible.
