Technical How to fit new drivers wing mirror 2004 Ulysse

I need to replace my trashed driver's side wing mirror on my 2004 Fiat Ulysse.

Its a memory mirror, which folds in electrically etc.

I have the new mirror (185 quid!). I have taken the door panel off inside - but there is no visible way of attaching it - almost as if it is moulded to the outside of the door. All that is left on the door is the base of the mirror, the bit with the indicator light on it.

Do I need to rip this off the outside in order to do this? Or is there some screw I haven't noticed?
