i think you need a hoover that does wet and dry. get some of that foam upholstrey cleaner. work it in but keep it wet, then suck the whole lot out with the hoover

I bought a tin of that but it seemed to just discolour everything.

I think my aunty might have one.:chin:

I was spraying it on then rubbing it in with a MF.

Did you let it sit and soak for a bit? I tend to use a small detailing brush then a MF.

I got some stuff from autobrite, it worked really well getting sick out of my passengers footwell. Priced pretty well too.

but you need to soak the entire area not just the stained areas

then ideally rinse well using distilled water in a spray bottle and blot dry

then i wet extract with the vax

i dont understand rinsing with water as this is the thing that cuased this stain

Magic eraser does a good job. Spray water on and rub a dub dub and hey presto. Done it in the Stilo, came up really well then I got a bit more rain water on it and the same has happened again :bang:

Cleaned the whole car today, tried using Upholstry cleaner, and didn't work.

So i went for the Basic Water and Washing up liquid, waiting for the results!

doubt it will work so i'll have to get a wet and dry vaccumer, hopefully the dad's got one! Glad theres a thread on this cause i didn't think there'd be one!

all the impuritys that cause staining have been removed from distilled water

Stop fannying around with cleaning products & steam clean it. Those small steam cleaners are great. Borrow one if you have to. Can be used for much more as well.
