How much power can i get out of a 1.4 abarth engine?

Hello. I’m considering building a Fiat panda with a abarth engine. I would like too beef it up, just a little. But how much Can i push it without having to open up the engine?

realistically from my research you'd get 220-230bhp before needing to do internal work.

I have seen people who have got more but it usually seems to end in tears.
