How much for a EGR valve

Been quoted £180 for a new EGR valve.
Is that right or overpriced ???

Yeah i would say alittle too expensive.

In England they are £127 inc VAT.

mines not connected... and it makes not an aonce of difference... will take a piccy in a mo and show u where it keeps comming off...

but if the car runs fine w/out it.. then save ur wonga!

BTW.. is urs a 100 or 105??

@TommyK - its a 105, and yes the egr valve is disconnected on mine (the vacume hose blocked by me). I know it doesent need it but just stoped and asked the price and its tooooo much.

Oh right, didnt realise, assumed your JTD was the latest JTD phase 3 like mine.

My vacume pipe wont stay on.. i made it stay on 1 day.. and it ran horrible.. then it blew it's self off and went ok again
