General How many keyfobs?

I bought my stilo second hand, and got 2 keyfobs and a code card from the previous owner. One key is with remote controls and the other is not.

I was wondering how many keys do you get when you buy a brand new stilo (from the fiat dealer)? Is there also a third (red) key (I know the alfa romeo owners got them) or not?

As above, 2, although I'd led to believe that its spec that'll depend upon if you get 2 or 1 remote forb.

Second hand in 2006, enquired about it at the time but just accepted that only one key was supplied.

alrite muppet42, what does your code card look like? im trying to figure out if the sticker i have is for the standard radio or the key fob, it says on my sticker which was attatched to a letter - keycode security with serial numbers & a four digit key code.

Can't remember off hand, but it's a credit card sized card I think I have. Shall have a look tomorrow if I remember and let you know

If it's 4 digits then its radio I'd have thought.

Got a copy of the key code card (copy's are a A4 print off ) for Sisters 2004 Panda and thats two really long numbers (14-20 digits iirc).

Mine has 2. My spare remote works better than the one I use regularly (as in it opens the locks from a greater distance). The battery has died in the spare even though I have never used it.

I've been led to believe that they just distroy it when they get it.

I can't see how it stops theifts.

If people treated it like the V5 and stored it in a safe place then they're wouldn't be many problems.

Well, I checked and I have a small sticker type thing with the radio code on it and that's it. There's another code on it, but I think that refers to the model of the headunit. Oh well

cheers for checking . most easterly pandas thought it was the radio code aswell. never mind it was worth a shot.

I only got one key with mine and didnt get a code card. Just hoping i never loose my key!!
