Following on from the trends in other parts of the forum, I've decided to see just how many Doblo'ers we have on the Forum!

All you need to do is make a new post stating:

Year (ie. 2004)
Model (ie. Dynamic)
Engine (ie. 1.9JTD)
Colour (ie. Teseo Blue)

You do not need to copy any information from the thread before, this way we can use the number of posts to count how many Doblo's there are!

Hi All,

Very sad to report one less Doblo at the moment - someone pulled out on me and I T-boned them, Both airbags deployed and the insurance have written her off. RIP GJ63-UWP.

Happy to report new car is also a Fiat but a 500L this time (same engine so the oil & filters won't be wasted).

On another note however, I do have a set of roof bars I never got aroud to fitting now going spare in case anyone in the Hereford or surounding areas would like to make me a sensible offer for. They cost me about £60 when they were new. (also got a drivers side mirror glass [heated, brand new, bought as insurance when I changed the mirror indicator lens last week**] that might just get thrown in free)

** Don't believe the reports that it's only 3 screws, I counted at least double that, and unclipping the coloured outer cover. Does go back nicely though.

Es muy triste informar que tenemos un Doblo menos en este momento: alguien se me adelantó y lo choqué de costado. Se activaron ambos airbags y el seguro lo dio por perdido. Descanse en paz, GJ63-UWP.

Me alegra informar que el auto nuevo también es un Fiat, pero esta vez un 500L (mismo motor, por lo que no se desperdiciarán aceite ni filtros).

Sin embargo, por otra parte, tengo un juego de barras de techo que nunca llegué a instalar y que ahora están disponibles por si alguien en Hereford o en las áreas circundantes quisiera hacerme una oferta razonable. Me costaron alrededor de £60 cuando eran nuevas. (También tengo un espejo retrovisor del lado del conductor [calefactado, nuevo, comprado como seguro cuando cambié la lente del intermitente del espejo la semana pasada**] que podría ser gratis)

** No creas lo que dicen de que solo son 3 tornillos, yo conté al menos el doble y desenganché la cubierta exterior de color. Sin embargo, vuelve a su sitio sin problemas.

I'm sorry to know that. Just today my doblo 1.6 2012 got pump water broken I think tomorrow I will know how affected engine is. Water pump was original alfa and only 60.000km

Thank You Kubelwagen, Hopefuly your issue will be minor and not too expensive to repair, however as I found when I had the alternator replaced a few months ago, on the 1.6 these can be difficult to access and as such they may need to almost remove the engine to access it (as you can imagine this will increase the cost). I wish you well.
