How do I undo petrol cap on my Seicento Sound?

Hi, I have always had cinqs in the past but now have a 2003 Seiecento sound and am baffled by the petrol cap, I mentioned to open it once but that was just luck and now I need petrol again and can't open it. Also does anyone have a user handbook or know where I can get one from?

If it's anything like a Sporting, put key in, unlock as you would the doors, then twist anti-clockwise.
