Fiat 500 petrol

Hello,
I hope someone can help. I have a Fiat 500 18 plate, and recently after a journey of say 60 miles the engine loses power and wants to backfire... the stop start icon and yellow triangle with exclamation mark lights up also the engine management light flashes. If I stop the car and sit and wait it starts up fine with no issues, then drive it home usually under 10 miles. I have had new coils and sparkplugs fitted and thought it was fine as garage's diagnostics said two pistons weren't firing properly. I will take it back, but have read it could be fuel pump, carburetor issues, or ignition issues. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the outcome...

I don't think pistons should fire... Unless it's an English expression I don't get. Sorry

First check and replace the main earth strap (body to gearbox):

Hello from Scotland (Near Edinburgh), I have been lurking in the back ground for a while but thought best I make an appearance. As this thread might suggest, I am new too Fiat & have recently got my hands on a 2014 500s, with 80k miles on the clock for a little over £1k off of Facebook market...
