How do i get window winder handles off?????

As above im changing the rear door cards but cant see how the window winder come's off without breaking it!!
Any one had any dealings with this that can help

im not sure but if they are like others ive changed there will be a little clip round the spin that slots into the door that needs to come off first then they should just pull off
