Haven't bled the clutch on the multi but I've heard it can be tricky!!
I think I read somewhere it's worth pointing the nose uphill.

Clutch and brakes share the same reservoir so first thing would be take the cap off to ease venting.
Is there a nipple near slave cylinder at all??... You'll have to pull up he pedal which should draw in fluid.. Pump it with nipple open....close nipple... Pedal up repeat

Another trick is to temporarily detach the pipe from the slave. This is relatively easy to get at (especially compared to the master cylinder!). As marty says, leave the lid off the reservoir and get a friend to raise and lower the clutch pedal slowly a few times. You need to lift the pedal as well as press it down. Once the fluid starts coming through, refit the pipe. Push the slave cylinder in as far as you can before you do this.
You'll still need to properly bleed it (an Eazibleed kit or similar makes this much easier) but the above gets you most of the way there.

Yes two bleed points, the one at slave is easy enough to get to and open, the other one is where I just fitted my new pipe

Will check thread, I got slave in full view as I took battery and airbox out to fit the clutch pipe...

There is no tension whatsoever in my clutch but you reckon this will still do it eventually? (y)
 
Fit a pipe onto the bleed nipple at the slave and feed into a jam jar or similar. Open bleed nipple and allow to gently drain through overnight. Next day, hopefully will bleed normally.

Alternatively, open bleed nipple, push slave fully in. Close nipple, pull slave gently out to draw fluid down. Repeat until the will to live is almost lost. May need pressure form pedal for last bleed to ensure all air out.

Put very long CLEAR tube onto bleed nipple and suck gently. STOP before you get a mouthful. Close nipple and remove tube from nipple and blow into a pot. Repeat until air out.

Twice now I've thought I'd done it but haven't :bang:

Now there is pressure at least, pedal feels normal and I can select gears with engine off.

oh yeah and I stupidly left my jack out and someone took the handle so have to use a screwdriver...
 
Yes the Ezebleed was the only thing I found to work....

I tried to do the last bit the traditional way but there was so much pressure in the system that every time I removed the clip the pipe went flying out and fluid exploded everywhere... so after 2 attempts I connected the Ezibleed kit up again and carried on with that.

I did have to pump the pedal a few times inbetween as the bubbles stopped otherwise.

So my test drive went ok ish, brilliant at first, but towards the end (10-15 miles) the gears were hard to engage, so maybe it is absolutely vital to bleed from the bulk head too, in which case I need to try and get hold of that spanner, but for today I am very pleased... I even managed to get that christmas tree I've been promising the kids for ages (y)
 
Just thought I'd quickly update you all again...

I had to fiddle about with this 3-4 times (I think it was) in total in 2 days, as in gears got really hard to select, but it was fixed quickly by opening the bleed valve on the slave with clutch depressed, all times pipe came out with massive force and then I closed the valve and pedal was normal again.

Since then I've driven 35-40 ish miles, and the added benefit of course is that now I could probably take the air box out and put it back in with a blind fold on, (y) hahaha
