Technical how do i ajust the dipped main head light?

how do i ajust the dipped main head light? on fiat ulysse 2003
is not the dash switch its actual dipped beem to low

Hello
On top of the headlight there is a metal strengthing bar that covers the top of the headlight, you will see a hole in the metal, below this there is a allen key bolt which adjust the head light.
