how can i make it look like i am in the US when im in the UK?

I have bought a record that has a free mp3 download offer, with a code and everything but its looking like only people in the US can download it (nothing on the sleeve or the insert says this), so ive been stiffed.
sooooooooooooooo...... i need a way that my laptop using my internet located in the uk can look like im in the US to download this.
