horn failiure on stilo jtd

the horn on my 05 plate stilo has stopped working and been told by fiat it will cost 70 quid to repair so i checked the fuse box in engine bay and as the horn is pressed i have a clicking noise from one of the relays could this be the problem if so does anyone know best place to source these relays from as ive searched loads of websites and halfrauds said they have'nt got any so comments will be much appreciated

The relays are supposed to click when you operate them.

The problem is more likely to be the horn (located behind the offside front wheel arch liner) or the wiring to it.
