Technical horn/cigar relay

Hi, I have a cinq 1995. Looking at the fuse box I have a relay missing It is the 3rd from the left and next to the hazard relay also the horn and cigar do not work, looking in the manual it looks like the same relay is missing, one of the same I think!!! can some one please tell me the part number and where I can get it or the code on the relay. Thanks. Twizz.(living in cornwall)

It's a standard relay. It only does the horn. For the lighter, check the fuses.
