Technical HLX ABS problem

I have an intermittent problem with the ABS warning light coming on, I assume it is a problem with intermittent wiring to one of the sensors. Does anyone know a way of tracking down the fault, without taking it for diagnostic check?

Best I can suggest is to check out the wheel sensors and see if they are clean and can 'see' the pickups on the wheels, make sure the electrical connectors are fully pushed together and dry.

Besides doing what 'fixitagaintomorrow' has suggested the best/fastest way is to monitor the ABS signals on Examiner(dealer sorry!)especially as it is a intermittent fault.However i'm sure you'll find the fault at one of the ABS sensor connectors especially considering the rain/salt on our roads recently
