high quality LCDs 7"

hi everyone, i'm after a high quality 7" LCD, i would like it to have over 1 million pixels.

i ideally want a Lilliput XGA touchscreen 7" monitor but its been a bit expensive and i cant find a cheap on in the trade it etc. so i was wondering if anyone else could recommend any? i plan on using it for PS2/TV/GPS in my car.
