Can anyone recommend me a good/reliable HID kit for the best price?
Also what should you look for when buying a HID kit?

I installed fogs into my car so i am hoping that the HID kits are about the same difficulty level to fit?

Thanks in advance

They're dead easy to fit. I bought the 50W 8000k Kit from HIDs Direct. About £70 squids delivered.

Its as easy as changing a bulb, except you have to find somewhere to mount the ballasts. They come with brackets so you can attatch it to the light itself. I'l take a pic if your confused. 30min job - tops.

another thumbs up for HIDs direct. Excellent service and good aftersales. One of my ballasts went pop a week into having HID's and they replaced no problems.

A year in now and still working well (y) - I the ordered 6000k h4 kit.

i take it 8000k is more blue than 4300k

8000 is too blue, 4300k is whiter and brighter

Don't be a tit! performance isn't always related to the car. As the conversation was about HIDs, what I said was related to the differences between the way 35w and 50w kits perform.
