Hi

Another question van is still rough idleing but I connected the tourqe app and its showing over 15000 psi fuel pressure in idle is this correct?
I stand to be corrected , but that seems high for idle.
I have a 2010 Fiat Scudo with the 2litre Peugeot RHK version of your 2.2 engine and was told recommended injection fuel pressure was 150-1350 Bar, roughly 2,205psi to 19,854psi.
Mine has some issues but reads 290Bar at idle and a max of 1000bar roughly at 3000rpm and has not greatly varied with a different s/h Siemens injector pump and a new fuel regulator, though the pump got rid of the higher end misfire.
Did you fit the four recon injectors you mentioned earlier?
My ongoing is issue is a light top end rattle above 1500 rpm approx. that appears, using stethoscope to be coming from the injectors and common rail, starting is not a problem hot or cold, though this is sunny Devon;).

Yes from what I've researched it's very high but when I rev it goes down around 8000-10000 psi and yes 4 recon injectors :)

I see the other thing that can cause high rail pressure is a blocked return fuel to tank.
Is it possible to test it with the return going to a container?
Obviously pump and leak off returns as well;).
I don't know what pump yours is and if reconditioned shouldn't be a problem, but there was a uTube video about a filter in the return on some pumps blocking and how to change it.

Thankyou will have a look into it :)

Its still doing this I've changed scv/injectors/fuel pressure relief valve/map/maf and also fuel rail sensor

Does yours have a hand primer for the fuel filter like mine , if so try giving several squeezes and see if it affects the way the engine idles, it did on mine.
