Welcome to FS Peter. Hopefully someone knowledgeable will be along shortly to answer your first two questions and my answer to your 3rd is I'm doing fine thanks.

Good luck with the project :)

Welcome Peter, the best manual has to be forums, they are a wealth of knowledge.
What kind of brackets? Standard ones can be sourced from old bumpers and tiger sealed on in place, rally style ones can be sourced from any motor sport shop

Hey up lad welcome along
Bumper mounts are easy yo get hold of as just pop to local sxrappys for them plenty kicking round workshop manual on a 2002 is probably gonna be a cd of ebay as it may be a mpi engine in that which I dont think theres a haynes for not that its any good in the first place lol but yeah the forums are your best bet for advice and help with the little un :)

Its just normal ones just now. The ones on mine have rusted to dust...alot worse than anywhere else on the car. Thinking they might all be like that.lol. tiger seal sounds a good idea. Might make it a bit more sturdy.lol. cheers
