Well this has been a most useful resource on so many occasions in the past. Sadly it is now time for me to dip into the wealth of knowledge to fix another problem on my '06 Grande Punto 1.9 Multijet.
I am from South Africa where Fiat enjoys very little in the form a favourable reputation not only for the products but after sales service, too. Sadly indies are few and far between and by and large the franchised dealers are rubbish.
I bought the GP Miltijet just over two years ago to replace my Alfa 156 2.5 V6 Sportwagon. The Alfa was coming along with its mileage and the GP had very little - 42 000kms for a 4 year-old car. Better fuel consumption was a factor too.
Prior to the Alfa I had a Panda 100HP. I regeret ever selling this car, but its safe to say I am not new to Fiat ownership.
